The Handbook of Bulgarian History

The History Handbook is designed for students living abroad and studying Bulgarian language as a second language.  The content covers the Bulgarian history over the period from the Old World until the end of 14^th century. The Handbook contains texts adapted for children aged 10-13, who have been born and raised outside of Bulgaria. The exercises are intended for the following purposes: to facilitate the learning and applying of concepts; to enrich students’ vocabulary in Bulgarian language; and to develop skills for working with historical maps and documents. The images help students visualize the events and where they took place.
